NO – we are aware that some Consultants charge for contact fees if their Clients call or email them for advice (!)
The Safety Team do NOT charge Clients for basic email or telephone advice / guidance
No – unfortunately the SSIP fees can vary massively between each Company (based on size and turnover) and are not included within the costs for our monthly packages.
We have made the decision to keep our own costs low, so that the SSIP fees are hopefully not too much of a problem.
